Eliane Frances George

Born in Switzerland, Eliane Frances George comes from a musical family. She was a student of pianist Christian Fauvre. In 1982 she moved to the United States and studied composition at California State University, Northridge. Her string quartet 'Etats d'Ame' won the Sonocklet Festival prize and was performed in 1991 at the Charles Ives Festival in New York. Eliane Frances George currently organises new music concerts in Los Angeles.
